Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on UPS carrier rates or billed collect to the customer’s UPS account.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. For destinations outside North America, please contact support@incomdirect.com for assistance.
Delivery times are based on standard UPS lead times. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships and will become active within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Any delays, losses, or reshipment costs resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
